Efund for a registration fee of R2000-00 M Shongw

My son was offered space to study at the Drakensberg Boys Choir for Boys and on the 07.11.2013 deposited an amount of R2000.00 to the school to confirm acceptance of registration, whilst I had applied for a bursary from the school. On the same day sent a Bursary application as they has send me a form to apply for financial assistance. On the 08.11.2013, the school called me and they informed me that they are only able to give me R20 000.00 financial assistance which meant I still needed to pay R94 000.00 from my own pocket. I then wrote a letter to the school on the 08.11.13 to decline the school offer and I also requested for the school to refund my deposit. Tracy Van Den Broek responded to my letter and had not mentioned anything with regards to the refund on the 12.11.2013. I then called her to ask about the refund and she said that a Mr Anton Redelinghuis will get back to me. He never called me on the 19.11.13 when I called again Tracey told me Anton had said they dont refund registration. I need the school to refund me my R2000.00 AS NO WHERE IN THEIR CORRECSPONDANCE DID THEY INFORM ME THAT THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR THE DEPOSIT. I have all proof and information sent to me.
