Worst institution eve

I have been a student with this institue since 2008 and each year they getting worse in service, i spent better part of last year proving over & over my accounts have been paid up, with tons of mails and little to no response.
It then took them five weeks to send me a correct statement of result., with me emailing continously
Now i been struggling to get a letter to indicate i completed my studies but they cant issue me such a letter because they systems are not updated and thus i will miss my opportunity to study further because of they no care attitude
If you dont believe me try calling them to get some assistance or email them
I will never study with them again eve
