Subject Credit Removal

Hi,

I am a b.tech student at TUT, And i honestly feel the level of professionalism keeps dropping more and more daily at TUT. I was given credit for my CCNA and my CCDA Certification. I am now done with my b.tech, however the credit that was given to me has been removed because they say they do not recognise the institutions where i did my CCNA and CCDA certificate. If they do not recognise them why was i credited? why did they wait till I was done with my b.tech to tell me they do not recognise the subject? Why can't they just let me graduate?

What is worse, they asked me to write a letter of appeal and they will re-credit my subjects. 7 months later, No one has even bothered to send me an email back to let me know when i am gonna get a response. I keep calling the institution and i even took time to go and look for assistance at the university. No one shows interest in assisting when i go to the university to complain. it is taking me over 3 years to finish my b.tech.

I have to say, i am beyond disappointed by the way TUT conducts their services. And would never recommend the institution to anyone.
