Enquiry re completion of studies

I really have no idea what to do next, i've exhausted all avenues. I've been to Unisa (Florida) on 4 occasions and nobody could assist.

I've send endless emails and the only response i get is the results are still being audited for 6 months.

Yes, the results must be audited but since last year bearing in mind that i wrote the last module in June 2012 i don't think it takes them more than 6 months to audit results.

I phoned Pretoria left messages and do you think they bother returning students calls?

I've reached the end of my tether with Unisa, an institution which offers education but some employees behave the opposite, professionalism in clearly not in their vocab.
