Impossible to Contact UNISA

Just impossible to get through to anybody at UNISA. Am trying to register for my last two modules online but am receiving error codes?? Cannot get through to call centre, or any number at all?? I get through and am told that I am caller number 12 in a telephonic queue, only to be told five minutes later that I am now caller number 19??

Have SMS'ed without reply and email contacts provided just bounce back. This is absolutely absurd for an educational institution of this size. What on earth is going on. All three possible contact methods, apart from physically driving 100km's, do not work. Can somebody with some level of competence please resolve this. I literally have two modules left to complete my studies and now this. Just typical!!!
