Can't register - No one responding to my queries

Good Day
For the past month i have been trying to register online and i keep getting an error: You have outstanding admission documents on our system...

I sms`d and i emailed and to date no feedback!
I have spoken to a student advisor in December and I send all documentation through but still not able to register. Registration is closing next week and can't get through to Unisa, No one answers the phone. It is totally unfair to us students who is paying so much for studies and Unisa doesnt`t care at all about our queries as long as they get their financials.

Please assist urgently, this is really ridiculous
