Can't register online, can't get hold of anyone

If there was another option for doing a correspondence course within SA I would have gone for it long ago. I have called every number on Unisa's contacts list, and they are either engaged or there is no answer (i had the same problem when trying to apply 2 months ago). Not only can I not register online, but the website is totally out of date - I don't understand how Unisa staff are not prepared for the dates that they themselves establish, when it comes to prospective students applying and registering.

This is absolutely appalling service - Unisa, if you can't get your act together on time, at least put a goddam notice on your website letting prospective students know what the problem is and to please hold on. This one task should take you 5 - 10 minutes and then you can carry on doing whatever is you are doing to waste our time and energy.
