Registration problems, no correspondence

I submitted my registration for NDP almost two weeks ago, and as of the 29th all it says is 'Registration Incomplete - Await Handling at Section.' What does this mean? Why have I not been contacted to explain what is going on yet? This is pathetic. I could have had my books and been studying already, but now I do not even know if I am going to be able to study this year because there is no correspondence about what is going on with my registration.

Can someone please contact me and let me know what is going on? My student number is 49652699.
