I did a web registration on 21 Jan 2013 and paid registration fees on 28 Jan 2013, i have been tracking my registration progress ever since and all it says is Awaiting handling at section, what does this mean? if there is something wrong with my registration let me know about it? numerous calls (no answer) and e-mails (i am checking the mylife e-mail acc daily) it is frustrating that no one have contacted me regarding my registration. i am seriously thinking of asking for a refund but i am afraid of that horror story.
