Hi my nameis Chumi

I registered on-line on the 21 Dec 2012 in the morning and paid by the 25 Jan 2013 but i was still not registered it said in progress. So on the 01 Feb i decided to go check at the centre in JHB City to check if all is well and pay the rest of them money as I had miscalculated by R500. Only for them to inform me that i am not registered as no modules are appearing, they couldn't help me or tell me why or when registration will be processed. All i want is a solution on when or how the problem will be solved. I am very disappointed no one had an answer for me
