Disapointed with Service Delievry

I am hoping that this will get the attention of SOME ONE... AT THE ACADEMY OF YORK... I have paid my registration fees and deposit in Oct 2013 and was told that I would rec.my study material in 3 weeks but to date the 02 Jan 2014 I have not recieved it yet... Firstly it got sent to the wrong address and when I queried why did it get sent to the wrong address I got told the consultant that was handling my application is no longer employed there, Further to that the last 4 weeks I am only recieving sms notifications on how to manage my time and MY ASSISGNMENTS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED ON TIME... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SUBMIT ASSISGNMENTS WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY STUDY MATERIAL AND MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBITED EVERY MONTH...
