Paid for goods but received late

I was promised my Jb Swart I would receive my study material within two weeks of the date I paid my deposit to do my change management softskills course, that was the 20 November and I only recieved my stuff 28 Dec 2012.

After having been in contact with Michelle and being told that no they cannot be help responsible for the postal service - then do not make a promise of 2 weeks.

Then I was promised my certificate 2 weeks from the 30 Jan and was informed yesterday that it has not yet been sent off.

Useless time management
