Bad customer service / still no study material

I am being send from pillar to post by sky net couriers. On two occasion I returned the wrong study material dispatched to me, the delivery address is mine bt the package belong to someone else from study material to student card, I don't know what to do I tried to contact their call centre bt m being put on hold m so frustrated and my assignments are due very soon. This platform is my last resort I hope to get help, it's been more than two weeks now I am still struggling
