Registration not going through

My Unisa registration has not gone through... And I am a returning student for the same modules i registered for in 2012. I have already paid everything in February early already and now still am not registered for 2013.

I missed tried writing test 1 last saturday, but am not registered for the same things i registered for last year and i have paid R7600.

I do not understand this institution, we go through the same every year with them.
