UNISA KEEPS LOSING MY PAPERWORK

I have been studying with UNISA for 3 years and every semester without fail I am blocked from registering because they require some or other document from me.

I have been patient and have submitted and re-submitted the forms. But this must come to an end. UNISA is unprofessional, no one can assist me and everyone just says I must keep submitting the forms which is unacceptable.

When I phone my department, Human Sciences, it either rings, or someone picks up and then hangs up or the person cannot answer me at all.

I have sent several emails over the years and have complied with their requests for my re-submission of documents but no more. UNISA's service to its students is appalling and something must be done.
