R115 for unpaid fee (2013-12-06-FEE: FAILED NAEDOS DEBIT MDMARKETIN 72445700MDMARK) that I don't know from this company was charged on my account that I have paid already.

Another transaction went through (2013-12-17-NAEDO DEBIT FGHMARKET 74146063FGHMAR131217) of R299 on the date specified in brackets.

In total R414 I paid in my STD bank and I am not sure what is it for

Can anyone explains this for me as you don't answer your calls and I have already filled your online form wich I didn't get a reply even today.
