Blatant rudeness in response to a query

I placed an order for text books on-line, but got no indication of delivery time frame. I used the "contact us" form and got an incredibly rude response back.
I telep honed to complain, but the customer service person was also rude to me, demanding to know who I was and refusing to tell me who the person in charge was, trying to fob me off on an administritive support person.
I had a simple query that could have been answered in one line with "ten to 21 days", but instead I got an e-mail that ended with "So I do not know how you could not see this".
