Lack of comms / book mistakes

I constantly communicate via email as well as changed my info, they never assist in time or corrrespond until its too late as well as they sent the final exams to the wrong address.

Service is disgusting and I found numerous errors in the childs exams books.

R6300 for books that teach the children wrong. I want to be refunded for this pathetic excuse of education levels and for the numerous lack in correspondence. This is disgusting for education.
