Bit of shaky start but very happy now

After registering and paying I was told that I have a two week waiting period for my books, even though I registered three weeks ago. I was very concerned that I was not going to get the promised service. But after a shaky start I just want to thank everybody involved that ensured that my daughter receives her books on time. You guys did go the extra mile, and I am sure it was under a lot of pressure. Just a suggestion, but maybe Impak should get part time employees over peak periods and then I am sure things will go smooth. Excellent Facility and study guides, well done. I am sure my daughter will do well with Impak Education
