BAD HOME SCHOOLING

My daughter, Cassy, studied her backside off for her Matric last year with Delta Education, now called Impak Education. She is one of the kids that did not get her results. After months of fighting, we eventually got her results, only to find that she failed MATRIC. During the year, Cassy did all her tasks to satisfaction, and suddenly her final marks arrived, with her failing all her subjects. Now explain to me how does a kid getting averages of over 60% in all her subjects suddenly fail? All her tasks were submitted, and now Delta advise that she did not submit her work. All work was submitted, either sent by courier, or hand delivered. Hand deliveries were signed for. Firstly, it took them 3 months to send the kids books, due to an accounting problem. Then when the books came, I got attitudes from the support staff at Delta. Emails are all held as proof. On top of this, when I ORIGINALLY enrolled my daughter with Delta, I enrolled her for a cambridge certificate, and now suddenly its this UMALUSI that Cassy had to write. We were given a choice, either Umalusi exams or Delta.. So what happend to Delta exams? Paid my off for a failure
