NO BOOKS - Paid for In November 2012

I am very disappointed in the way Impak Education formerly known as Delta has handled (actually the lack thereof) the situation of our Books not being delivered.

My daughter has been a student of Impak Education since 2011. We paid for 2013 books in November 2012. We still have not received our books. The books where dispatched via the Post Office in the beginning of February 2013 and due to the postal strike, we have not received them. Numerous e-mails have been sent to Impak and still to this day we have had not one positive response from them (in English may I add)

Impak, What are you going to do about this situation? You have had my money now for 5 months and no goods. Perhaps its time to go to Carte Blanche with this story!!!
