Incompetent people with a up attitude

Made an application over a week ago at UNISA durban only to find it wasn't even put on the system. I understood and asked them to put it on. 4 days later I'm being given the run around, when they know very well I have to register on Saturday. They just incompete people who have no idea what they are doing. They are complementing the industry (Education) they are in though, with below mediocre service.
