Change of caree

I'm very disappointed with Unisa's lack of urgency. I went in last week Tuesday and filled up a form for change of career as instructed by the career advisors. I filled in the form, and i was informed by the lady who collected my information that when registration dates open my new degree will be present. However its not. Since Monday i have been trying to get ahold of unisa, sent various emails only to be directed to another and so forth. Im so sick of being pushed from pillar to post as registrations date close in Jan and I would like to get a head start with my modules. My student number is 49922408 and i would like my plea to be heard. Everyday i checked for the last 7 days, and still nothing. Please assist me
