Request for cancellation still unattended

Hi Intec

I have not heard from you since May regarding my complaint. The lady by the name of Liezel Brooks has since promised to get back to me after the have investigate the issue.

Now I am getting calls from your collection department threatening me that my name will be listed at the credit bureau if I don't pay up my account which I notified you about the intention to discontinue it back in April.
