Human dirt on Unisa's venue steps

Dear Unisa,

I wrote my exam 2 weeks ago at the Randburg venue in JHB. Due to the high number of students attending exams, we were placed in the upstairs venue. Well, shocking... walking up the steps to get to the upstairs room, I had to make my way through human waste, and broken glass and lets not mention the smell.

Unisa, how low can you stoop? I mean, there's no customer service, no help, no info, have not received my study materials for 3 months after registering, have not received my exemption certificate which I have applied and paid you for in April 2012! You make so many mistakes that cause a lot of frustration and over and above you can't even clean up your venues? It feels so wrong, I really really hope that the big universities in RSA will soon offer distance degrees.

I, for once, I've decided that I am no longer continuing my studies with you - it's been a waste of time, money and a great deal of disappointments and broken dreams.
