Unisa
No response from Unisa for months

I have had no email responses from Unisa since December 2013 . I registered for a few modules in Jan 2013 and had 3 exams carried over from Nov 2012. In Feb we decided to relocate to the United kingdom and i notified Unisa that I will need to postpone studies until semester 2 -2013. I was only able to transfer 1 module to semester 2 and had to cancel and forfeit some money on the second module. I also emailed Unisa many times asking for my supplementary exams for the other 3 modules to be transferred to semester 2 but there had been no response, so I then changed my exam venue to London which it then accepted but still sent an email to let unisa know I will be unable to write exams due to the fact that I have no time to commit to studies in the first semester, I had to pack up an entire home to move to another country which took us months plus sort out temp and perm accommodation. I still ave not received any response from unisa. Lastly i tried numerous times to change my details -address, telephone on my unisa, website will not accept international details, sent numerous emails to query and change details, still no repsonse or changes from unisa.
