Examination enrolment

I enrolled with Oxbridge Academy in December for HR bridging certificate and Public Admin N-Level and everything was well till i was sent a nated letter to find a nearest FET nearest to me to register for Nov exam.
As i was running around being rejected to all the FET telling me they do not take outside students anymore meanwhile i was receiving smses that the Nov exam enrolment closes the 08 Aug 13. Then i decided to call the Oxbridge and explained the situation that all the FET are rejecting me and that is when they decided to inform me that they have a new list of FET for the exams by then it was the 27 July 13 and i ask them for the new letter and i was only told to go to PTC to register there and i was given a number to call as i was already near the place. When i got there i was told many stories that they haven't come to an agreement with Oxbridge. Now i am being sent an sms that i cannot write exam anymore only next year, not even decency to call me, and Ryan the person who suppose to solve all this nonsense is also a useless person to deal with. My contract expires end of January if only they can explain to me how is it going to be possible to write that exam. What a waste
