Registration not attended

I sent my registration in September, been waiting for the Student number to pay the Application fee of which i did not receive. I did try to make a follow up of which all the numbers on the website are not answered, they just ring ring non-stop. Finally on the 25th of October i did manage to get hold of some1 who told me that i did not pay the Reg fee in time, so i will only be able to apply next year June for the 2nd semester. Do you know that 6months time is going to waste and i will never be able to get it back... I just dont get the procedure here... I am going to suffer for UNISA's incompetency.
