Poor management skills

I am very dissapointed in the way management handled the prize giving, earlier they gave a trophy to the student that didnt deserve it and later rectify that. I also attended their prize giving on the 17/10/2013 and it was worse, they chose a headgirl who doesnt have even one badge that she achieve due to excellent performance. I was so shocked that the are number of girls that dedicate their life and achieve numerous badges that deserve to lead our kids and motivate them We send our kids to this school because we hope that they are going to have role models to look up to but now im so disappointed that management vote for non achievers to lead our kids. What is that they are promoting is it that students must not work hard so that they can be leaders. We need change of management because they destroy the morale of the students.we need future presidents and doctors to be our leaders and not what they are doing the destroy our future LEADERS.
