Trauma caused to 3 Year Old Child because of

In April 2012 Belinda Potgieter informed me that the deputy principal of the daycare my son attended, Little Explorers Early Learning Centre, had introduced my son (2.5 years old) to one of the instructors as "the little boy who has concentration issues". This is something that I took up with the daycare as their deputy principal is nowhere near qualified to make such statements. The daycare approached Belinda who then denied ever saying this and even gave the daycare's deputy principal a character reference which was then submitted to my attorney. As a customer who had paid Belinda's fees a whole year in advance directly to her you would think that she would not discuss me or my son with anyone at the daycare, especially when she had no idea what a traumatic time my son was experiencing at this daycare. I hope that now that she has seen the 13 page report and photos which has been submitted to The Department of Social Development, SAHRC, Department of Labour about the treatment my son received during his 3 years at Little Explorers Early Learning Centre in Lorraine, Port Elizabeth that she will think twice before discussing a child when she has no clue what the facts are.
