FI Concession

Dear, sir/madam

I have an FI Concession assignment mark outstanding, I called at Unisa to check on my assignment but they said i have to wait for them so i waited but until this day i haven't received them, I even tried sending them an email to tell them that i need those marks as they will indicate whether I will be writing or not? they sent me an email today saying i must view them on mylife account so i logged in and when i did, to my surprise i found last years marks. so i said i'm tired of calling them and waisting my air time because every time i call they say they can not help me and give me another number to call and so on.
