There is so much to complain about I could go on for days, but first things first I need my account settled. Unisa has said that I owe R500 on my fees, and they will not assist me with ANYTHING, I have not recieved my assignment marks nor have they done the remark I have been requesting since last semster. They say that this is due to the R500 outstanding on my account. THIS R500 is for a module that I AM NO REGISTERED FOR! and although I have sent them sooo many emails explaining this they still have not rectified the problem!
AND NOW worst of all, I have not had access to my UNISA mail since Friday, so not only can I not reach them with a simply phone call anymore, but now I can't email them either!
FIX MY ACCOUNT UNISA!!!
