TIRED!!!

Im a student at UNISA doing my honors in psycology. I did receive my assignment 3 mark of 25%. whitch I know is NOT correct! I have already complained about this! I gave in my assignment at the time expecting it would upload the why I typed it but it does not even look like my assignment (this I already send in a previous complaint- nothing done), I contacted my lecturer and was told to keep emailing assignments seeing it is their job and to try have a firm attitude in my email so they would look in to it. ive did this from the end of July, stil nothing. Can annyone please tell me what is going on?? there is blocks and triangles where words were!! I do not even know how they got 25% from that!!
