I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REMARK RESULTS!!!

I applied for a remark for FAC1601 on the 13/07/2013., I paid the requested fee of R315. I have not received any feedback, the final timetable is out for the final examination in 2 weeks time and this subject has been included and I still have to pay the R180 for it. I did not deserve a fail, I competed the paper correctly, then I get 40% after some adjustment policy. Please attend to this matter urgently, I will take it further. I will not let Unisa do this to me.
