LACK OF SEVICE DELIVERY

To whom it may concern

We, at Staffing Direct have been waiting for a following up accreditation date for Electrical from the Construction Ceta since March of this year it is now September. We have sent numerous emails and made numerous telephone calls and left messages to them. To date there has been no response forthcoming from the Construction Ceta. We are losing clients and tenders because we cannot offer accredited training and this is unacceptable. I need this issue sorted out as soon as possible.
