Unisa
No recognition for short programme completion

Hi

I registered with Unisa in June 2011 for the qualification Short Course: Introduction to the Internal Audit Process.
I completed this programme in Nov 2011 and even obtained a distinction pass according to the letter/report that was sent to me. I have not received any form of certificate to show/prove that I have successfully completed this course. I have written to the department on over four occasions concerning this matter and was told they are experiencing problems with the postal services. It is approaching a FULL YEAR and I have still not received any certificate. What is the point of then registering a course, paying a tuition fee, if there is absolutely no acknowledgement or proof that you have indeed completed a programme being offered by them.
