UNISA GRADUATION COMPLAINT

Mystudent number is 42206723. I completed my degree in June 2013. I have been communicating with Unisa about confirming my qualification since June. I was told that my qualification was beibng audited and that if I have not received anything by the 15th Of August I should call Mrs Bolton on 0124415568. I have been trying to call that number and noboby answers. I tried another number and the lady who answered said I should speak to the Audit department as she is not sure why there is a delay in confirming my qualification. I have called Unisa more than 100 times in the past 2 days and its either nobody answers or those who answer cannot assist. Can someone please assist me as there is only 3 weeks before the graduations begin,
