Did not receive my NQF-5 Certificate

Hi my name is Hester Struwig, I registered with Ditasa Pietermaritzburg during Fefruary / March of 2010 to qualify myself for the NQF-5 certificate (done through the RPL system) needed by the E.A.A.B. Together with 10 other Estate Principals from Newcastle I completed my assignments and handed it in on the 21 February 2011. I received a written letter from Mr. Shahin Jooma in October / November 2011 that I was found compitent in completing the NQF -5 Coarse. To date I have still not received my NQF-5 Certificate that I paid to Ditasa Pietermaritzburg Campus and on enquiring where informed SSETA must issue the certificates and that I must contact them for my certificate. Several phone calls later between SSETA and Ditasa I have received no satisfaction or certificate in my hand to proof to the E.A.A.B. that I was found compitent. It cost me a lot of money to register for the coarse, plus a lot of income lost during the period I completed the coarse as I was unable to run my Estate Agency at full capasity. Please assist me.
