Payment Arrangements for my MBA fees-113533

Hi I have a post graduate diploma in project management with mancosa which I completed in 2010. I enrolled MBA general last year and managed to complete my 1st semester until I realise that my bursar wont pay for my fees. I payed half of the amount from my porket and I requested to make payment arrangements but the lady in the finance refused to allow me to pay R800 per month till I finish the balance of R12000 that I'm owing.

Please help me the payment arrangements.
