No assistance, No response, No consistency

I have recently made two enquiries regarding re-registration of subjects for my BCom Honours (18th Feb 2012 and 8th March 2012). To date I have received no response on both queries, which means that instead of being able to complete my degree in July, I will probably only complete in December. I will complete this degree, but will never enrol at such a sub standard institution again. I would advise all students to think twice before enrolling at mancosa. Last semester, I received an assignment mark AFTER the exam. This semester I am told I can only receive one extension per semester, when last semester I was given two. What a joke! One would swear this was a primary school and not a higher learning institution.
