REGISTRATION NIGHTMARE

I've been trying to register ever since registration opened for this semester. I kept on getting an error that there was documentation outstanding. After 2 WEEKS of not being able to get through on ANY of the phone numbers, countless emails and sms's I finally had a gap to go to the University. Once the issue was sorted out I was told I could now register. As the lines at Unisa Florida are so long (because you only have 1 person to help 150 students) I decided to save myself 4 hours and do it online (as I do every year).

Now, when I put in the specialisation it spits out an error that this specialisation is only for repeaters!!! I yet again tried phoning all the numbers (I work FULL TIME and don't have time to come to the "University") I finally got through to someone who informed me that the numbers listed are not manned by anyone, and they only pick it up if they feel like it. I was then told to phone the registration manager who informed me that UNISA doesn't have a support service for it's online registration. WHAT ARE YOU BEING PAID FOR???
