Hi College of Cape Town

I have recently received a call from a debt collection company.

They have indicated that the College of Cape Town handed me over to them due to an outstanding amount of R 300.

I am completely and utterly disgusted in the way this has been handled as this account has been settled in April 2013 already, way before the final examinations has taken place.

1) It would be appreciated if you could rectify your fault as soon as possible,
2) Provide me with proof that I have not been listed on ITC, and
3) An apology letter.
