Here is my complaint letter sent to Jane Rodrigues, wherein my complaint was duly thrown out of the window. As promised to her, feel free to read the following. Do NOT SIGN UP WITH K2A UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY ARE LYING FRAUDS!

No time told for coaching lessons. As per most universities, colleges and high schools one session is usually 45 minutes. Half an hour is not enough to time to even warm a seat properly.

No indication except for a few days before the course that Esignal costs $125 per month. This means that the minimum someone needs in their account while hitting 10% per month (extremely unrealistic for beginners) is $1250 which at today's exchange rate equals R12356. This is a huge amount, and this was not communicated to us. Top this initial amount needed to the course price, you should have been warning people who signed up that the initial investment was going to be 37 000.
