Eceived sms from bank R99.00 debit order from Teletop. Who are these people and who authorised this. Shame and listed under Education - with people like this the children dont stand a chance. Anyway goingg to file charges, report them to the Education Department and Ombudsman. Whoever this company is a subsidiary of also needs to be held accountable.
