Unauthorized Debit off Bank Account

I noticed that a Debit went off my bank account for the amount of R99.00 by a company called Teletop!! Firstly I have no idea who or what they are, secondly I have not authorized this debit, so I am highly cheesed off (to put it mildly) that debits can just be made to my bank account!! I want this money returned by this so called TELETOP, inclusive of the bank fees of R9.35 so R99.00 plus R9.35 = R108.35 and if they ever so much as deduct one cent off my bank account again I will sue them as soon as I get back to South Africa!!! I also want to know where did they get my bank details, this is unethical and plain!! Make sure you (Teletop) sort this out or you are in for a MAJOR fight, I don't take lightly to people/companies that from me!!
