UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

Teletop, through Stratcol has debited my account on two occassions for R89 each on the 30th and 31st August.
I never authorised this nor spoke to any agents for this company. These unauthorised debit orders amount to. There are so many people experiencing the exact same problem. This is unacceptable!!!
