Beware what you sign up fo

I signed up for the 10 week online coaching training with [URL Removed] and this is my experience:

The training doesn't prepare you for the practical exam that will allow you to work as a coach.
The Support that they offer is not consistent and the mentors are inexperienced.
The course is haphazardly put together and one might guess that it was put together on the fly.
They offer a money back guarantee should you not be 100 % satisfied, I was definitely not satisfied but they did not honour it.
They used excuses that I had not finished the course.
I finished the 10 week course modules.
I passed the written exam but could not, even for the lack of trying, pass the practical exam.
SA Coaching could not give me criteria that was needed to be covered and included in a successful practical examination (which is an hours coaching session) You would think they would know.
The irony is that one would expect from a company that ran a coaching qualification course to be able to coach a student to pass their exam that is sold as a 10 week course within 8 months but that is not the case.
I had a horrible time and know many of my fellow students had the same experience.
