No feedback EVER!!!

I applied for exemption for 2 subjects at the end of april. To date i have had no response or feedback. After numerous emails i finally got a number that i can phone. It took me half a day of phoning and finally someone picked up at the exemptions department.i was told she can' t help me but it looks like i have to submit my previous degree's syllabus. Which i did to the exemption department and my registrar. She gave me another nr to phone of a Rose that is a student advisor. Needless to say her number does not work. Now i had to register for 1 of the subjects, payed more than a R1000 for it. Now while sitting here trying to complete this assignment i am so frustrated as it feels like a waste of time because i have already done this work, and in more detail mind you at UP!! I don't mind if they keep my money, i just really don't have time to waste on this subject!! If only i can get some answers!!
