National Achievers Congress money making!

My partner and I attended the National Achievers Conference.
Firstly, we were not provided with any programme or agenda detailing the structure of events/speakers on the day. Secondly, we were not too happy about the hospitality we received this includes the seating arrangement. Many non platinum guests were seated in the Platinum/VIP section and there was minimal access control to say the least. Thirdly, we feel that the food served at lunch was not upto standard bearing in mind that we were seated in the Platinum lounge. There was absolutely no variety in terms of the food and the portions were rationed. We were promised that we would have lunch and get to interact with the speakers which was not the case. Lastly, we did not receive any of the free reading material (x4 motivational books) which we were promised upon making payment for the tickets. According to their disclaimer we can claim our money spent. I have contacted their customer service - now we wait. I am getting conflicting responses from them being told that they are escalating this issue and being told that I cannot get a refund- from a lady by the name of Jun

Please refund us our money back this is unacceptable.
