Impak did not send in my complete NSC portfolio

I studied through Impak, but no one there answers my emails. I am an adult who did my Gr.10 to Gr.12 through Impak. After many troubles, delays and more than R30 000 later, I cannot believe that now sit with incomplete results.

After I received my statement of results for the NSC, I realised that Impak DID NOT hand in my Life Orientation portfolio, and the only marks I had on the results was that of my test in the Supplementary Examinations we had in September. On 3 Jan 2013, I contacted Neola Noble about this and she said she will look into it. On 13 Feb 2013, I received a letter from Stefan Botha to say that there were other students who also did not received their completed results. On 12 Mar 2013, Pieter Kilian said that my portfolio was sent it and the results will be amended.

After NUMEROUS emails with no replies, you can imagine my surprise when I received my final matric sertificate results only to find out that my Life Orientation marks were NOT AMENDED and the only my supplementary exam was accounted for.

Please note, I have worked on this portfolio throughout 2012 and it was sent in completed at the end of the year.

Now I sit with incomplete results, and no word from Impak
